Faced with a pandemic, educational activities stopped and teaching and training became a distant memory. However, a team in the Southern Trust (made up of Shilpa, Sarah, Eimear and Maggie), recognised that within paediatrics an appetite for learning persisted and that our commitment to lifelong learning must never stop. EDHEAD was born to put education back on the agenda. 

Put simply, EDHEAD is an educational platform with a range of short 5 minute videos covering paediatric and neonatal topics- everything from clinical topics to procedures, guidelines and clinical questions. These are accessible on the Southern Trust Sharepoint site and now featuring here on the NIPEAR website! 

Dip into EDHEAD for a bitesize chunk of learning, to watch a quick video prior to a procedure, get a brief review of some guidelines... lots of possibilities for everyone!
